Updating validweb

With my recent return to the world of freelancing I have taken the opportunity to overhaul validweb.
Due to the increased professionalization of web development over the past few years I believe I can shift focus to the more advanced topics of web development. I also abandoned the idea of posting exclusively in Dutch; though I feel there is a market for a Dutch web development community, I would like to reach a wider audience than the Benelux.
As I am currently in the process of fine-tuning my custom-built CMS things could be a little rough around the edges. If you find something obviously broken, please let me know.
